Rx Outreach and GreaterHealth Announce Partnership to Strengthen Medication Access in North St. Louis County

MARYLAND HEIGHTS, MO — JUNE 24, 2026 — Rx Outreach and GreaterHealth Pharmacy & Wellness are proud to announce a new partnership designed to strengthen medication access and pharmacy services for residents of Dellwood and surrounding communities.
Through this collaboration, Rx Outreach and GreaterHealth will work together to ensure patients continue receiving uninterrupted access to medications, pharmacist support, and personalized care while expanding the resources available to meet community needs.
“Our commitment to the Dellwood community remains as strong as ever,” said Roy Whitley, President and CEO of Rx Outreach. “This partnership reflects our belief that collaboration creates stronger outcomes for patients. By working together, we can connect more people to the medications, support, and care they need.”
As part of the partnership, patients currently served through Dellwood Community Pharmacy by Rx Outreach will have the opportunity to continue receiving care through GreaterHealth, a community pharmacy that shares Rx Outreach’s commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care. Patients will continue to have access to prescription services, free delivery, pharmacist support, and personalized assistance designed to help them stay healthy and adherent to their medications.
GreaterHealth also offers virtual medication counseling services that help patients better understand their medications and stay engaged in their care.
The partnership brings together two organizations with complementary strengths. GreaterHealth specializes in supporting Medicare, Medicaid, and commercially insured patients, while Rx Outreach will continue its national nonprofit mission of supporting uninsured and underinsured individuals access affordable medications and pharmacy services.
Together, the organizations can support a broader range of community members facing barriers to medication access, ensuring patients have access to the pharmacy resources that best meet their individual needs.
“We believe this is an incredible opportunity to support all patients throughout St. Louis County,” said Marcus Howard, CEO of GreaterHealth. “Together, we can connect people to the medications, support, and pharmacy services they need to live healthier lives.”
The partnership reflects a shared vision between two organizations focused on improving health outcomes and expanding access to care. Rather than operating independently, Rx Outreach and GreaterHealth have chosen to work together to create a stronger pharmacy support network for the community.
Beginning this month, team members from both organizations will work directly with patients to ensure a smooth transition, answer questions, and help connect individuals with the services that best fit their needs.
“Whether a patient is insured, uninsured, or somewhere in between, our goal is simple,” Whitley said. “No one should face unnecessary barriers to the medications they need. Together, we can help more people than either organization could alone.”
