Tier 1 Program - Immediate shipment; clinic is invoiced monthly for prescription orders

Tier 2 Program - Patient pays for prescription orders prior to shipment

• 5% discount on our entire formulary plus additional discounts from the preferred clinic formulary
• Customized medication order forms and monthly refill reports
• More than 500 medications / 1,000 medication strengths on-hand; regular medication updates provided
• 24/7 access to the Rx Outreach Patient Portal for efficient refill processing and patient enrollment for your Rx Outreach patients; additional logins provided for clinic staff
• E-script capable for prompt processing of prescriptions
• No standard shipping or other fees; you pay only the cost of the medication
