Health & Wellness Outreach
The Health and Wellness Outreach program
provides health education in the St. Louis area
for more than 1,000 low-income seniors and
Hispanics each year, so they can lead healthier lives.
The Healthy Transitions program is a partnership
with Corizon Health and Missouri Department of Corrections that provides 90 days of free medication for people as they are discharged from Missouri correctional facilities. This provides enough medicine so people don’t run out of mental and physical health medications before they can get an appointment with a clinic in the community.
The C.A.R.E. Clinic program is a partnership
with the National Association of Free and
Charitable Clinics and provides free
health screenings and medication for
low-income people at one-day events in a
different city each year.
