We believe people should be able to get the medications they need without being defined by their insurance coverage, income, ZIP code, or other barriers.
Rx Outreach provides affordable prescription medications directly to patients through our licensed mail-order pharmacy. Patients can use Rx Outreach whether they have insurance or not, and our transparent prices make it easier to understand what a medication will cost before placing an order.
As a nonprofit organization, our purpose is different from a traditional pharmacy business. Revenue is reinvested into the pharmacy, programs, services, and partnerships that help more people access affordable medications.

From a medication assistance program to a nationwide nonprofit pharmacy.
Rx Outreach began as a medication assistance program within Express Scripts in St. Louis. In 2010, the program became an independent nonprofit organization with a dedicated mission: helping people access medications they might otherwise struggle to afford.
Since then, Rx Outreach has grown into a nationwide pharmacy serving patients across the United States while building partnerships with prescribers, healthcare organizations, nonprofits, and pharmaceutical manufacturers.
The model has evolved, but the idea at the center of the organization has remained simple: medication access should help people live healthier lives—not create another barrier to doing so.
