Clinicas C.A.R.E.

Rx Outreach partners with the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC) to provide free medications at the annual C.A.R.E. Clinics hosted across the nation. Each year, the NAFC coordinates with a local community to host the event and brings in an army of volunteer doctors, nurses, and dentists to provide free examinations. Once a participant receives a prescription from the C.A.R.E. Clinic doctor, Rx Outreach provides the medication for free. This one day event helps more than 500 low-income people each year and has been hosted in a variety of cities across the nation: Kansas City, New Orleans, Madison, Dallas, and more.

Impact: In 2016, Rx Outreach provided nearly 500 free prescriptions, valued at over $30,000, to low-income people at the C.A.R.E. Clinic in Dallas.

Heard from Rx Outreach Patients

“I just wanted to say ‘Thank You’ for sending my medicine at such a reasonable cost. It’s people like Rx Outreach that make ‘Senior’s’ able to afford their valuable medicine. A million ‘thanks’ to all. Thanks for the prompt service also.” Joseph, NJ
