"Hi, I just wanted to share the great service that [Rx Outreach and Dellwood Community Pharmacy] did in regards to helping the community get back on its feet in the St. Louis spring storm also known as the tornado that happened May 16, 2025. They reached out and made sure that I got the medication I needed. And they were there for any concerns that I may have had in regards to receiving it since I had been displaced by the tornado, I was put in a hotel by an organization that came to help but [Rx Outreach and Dellwood Community Pharmacy] are amazing, they made sure that their delivery driver delivered my medicine right to me. They called me from my room in the hotel from the lobby and greeted me with my prescription. I was so pleased to see the smile on the delivery man’s face as he gave it to me, and I felt so compelled to smile back at him because I was so grateful thank you again, [Rx Outreach and Dellwood Community Pharmacy]."
