How long does it take to process my application?
Applications will be processed within two business days. After an initial review, you will hear from our team about the status of your application and next steps.
How will I receive my medication?
After we receive your eligible application and a valid prescription for the covered product, we will begin working on filling the prescription. Once processed, the medication will be delivered directly to your home and will arrive in 2-5 business days.
What happens if my application is denied?
If your application is considered initially ineglibile for the Prasco-labeled Fluticasone Propionate HFA Inhalation Aerosol Patient Assistance Program, we'll provide a letter that explains why and will give you information on how to appeal the decision within 10 days (about one and a half weeks).
Is there a limit to how long I can receive free medication?
For the Prasco-labeled Fluticasone Propionate HFA Inhalation Aerosol Patient Assistance Program, medication is approved for the calendar year. Once accepted into the program, you will be able to reenroll for future calendar years, as long as the program is available. To reenroll, patients must continue to meet all program legibility criteria.
What are my responsibilities as a participant in the program?
Participants are asked to provide complete and correct information about their financial status, insurance coverage, and health condition during the application process and program duration. You may also need to update the program on any changes to your income, family size, or insurance status to continue receiving assistance. Patients should read the Terms and Conditions to full understand their responsibilities.
